You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. After review of your remaining balance, funds will be returned according to applicable terms. Relevant clauses of the terms remain effective even after account closure.

All financial transactions on 8330 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Only approved payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, or other platform-listed options may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
